Responsabilidades
- Design and build responsive, high-converting websites and landing pages in Webflow from concept to launch.
- Translate design concepts and wireframes into polished, interactive Webflow builds with a strong focus on user experience.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and site maps to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed to extend Webflow functionality beyond native capabilities.
- Optimize all websites for SEO, page speed, and cross-browser/device performance.
- Continuously test, iterate on, and improve conversion funnels and user journeys to drive measurable outcomes.
- Conduct thorough QA, debugging, and documentation across all active web properties.
- Partner with marketing, content, and design teams to execute campaigns and launch new pages on tight timelines.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and maintain clear technical documentation for all builds.
Requisitos
- 3+ years of proven Webflow development experience, with a portfolio of live projects.
- Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; comfort writing custom code to extend Webflow beyond its native toolset.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques (Core Web Vitals, page speed, etc.).
- Experience building and optimizing sales funnels and high-ticket program pages is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a sharp eye for detail and UX quality.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams.
