Treasury Specialist

We're looking for someone who:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a Treasury position in a corporate international environment.
• Previous experience with Kyriba will be considered as an asset
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization skills to plan and organize work efficiently
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines

What you'll be doing:

Payments & Transactions

• Execute, reconcile, and monitor daily payments, receipts, and bank transactions across domestic and international accounts.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper authorization of all outgoing payments.
• Coordinate and process high-value intercompany transfers and third-party settlements, including foreign exchange (FX) transactions.

Cash Management & Forecasting

• Monitor and report on daily cash positions to ensure liquidity across multiple banks and PSPs.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating short-term cash flow forecasts (daily/weekly), providing inputs to support rolling and strategic forecasts prepared by the Treasury Manager.
• Track forecast variances, investigate discrepancies, and share insights to improve accuracy

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare regular treasury reports, including liquidity positions, short-term forecasts, and PSP performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulations, including directives from the Brazilian Central Bank.
• Support external and internal audits by providing treasury-related documentation and explanations.

Additional Treasury Operations

• Support bank account management activities (openings, mandates, KYC updates).
• Assist in intercompany funding operations and cash pooling activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury workflows.
