Responsabilidades
- Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and chats; Assist customers with account-related issues and general support questions; Perform basic troubleshooting; Escalate complex Level 2 issues to higher-level support teams when required; Build strong and lasting customer relationships; Keep up with evolving tools and technology; Handle sensitive customer data with care and security; Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices; Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI; Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
Requisitos
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level); 1–3 years of experience in technical or customer support; Experience with eCommerce, web hosting, and billing systems (Stripe, PayPal); Ability to handle billing inquiries, refunds, subscriptions, and account issues; Basic web hosting support knowledge (logins, site access, domain checks); Technical background with basic HTML and CSS knowledge; Experience with CRM tools and Confluence; Strong analytical thinking and research skills; Positive, proactive and responsible attitude; Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
