Responsabilidades
- Proactively source game development talent across AMERICAS and LATAM regions
- Build and maintain pipelines across the full spectrum of game development roles
- Execute advanced Boolean searches and targeted sourcing strategies
- Identify and engage passive candidates aligned with Side's co-development and studio support needs
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical alignment, experience, availability, and interest
- Prepare clear, structured candidate summaries for recruiter handoff
- Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track, update, and maintain candidate records accurately and on time within internal systems
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements, technical nuances, and hiring priorities
- Provide insights on region
Requisitos
- Co-development or agency hiring experience
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, TestGorilla, or HireRight
- Experience working with globally distributed recruiting teams
- Experience supporting contract or project-based hiring models
