Responsabilidades
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including: AI / Machine Learning Engineers LLM Engineers Speech / Audio Engineers Software Engineers (various disciplines) QA Engineers Automation Engineers Firmware Engineers
- Partner with hiring managers to run intake meetings and define candidate profiles
- Develop sourcing strategies and proactively headhunt technical candidates
- Build and maintain global talent pipelines across technical disciplines
- Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidate technical background and experience
- Manage interview processes, feedback cycles, and candidate communication
- Maintain accurate data in ATS (Workable)
- Provide market insights including talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines
- Work across global teams and time zones to support hiring needs
Requisitos
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, speech/audio, QA, automation, or firmware
- Strong sourcing and headhunting experience
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies
