The Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical initiatives from planning through execution.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, coordination, execution, and delivery.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business goals into clear project plans and technical requirements across a full SDLC environment.
Coordinate project resources and workflows to keep teams aligned and accountable to agreed timelines.
Track project progress, highlight risks or blockers early, and work with stakeholders to solve issues.
Ensure project documentation is clear, current, and accessible to all relevant teams.
Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration across engineering, IT, product, and operations.
Support process improvements across project management, documentation, release workflows, and communication practices.
Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

5+ years of technical project management experience in a software, health tech, SaaS, or related environment.
Strong understanding of software development processes and project lifecycle management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to identify dependencies, assess risks, and communicate tradeoffs with clarity.
Experience coordinating with engineering and product teams in both agile and hybrid settings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2 or better) Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, or enterprise SaaS).
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
Prior exposure to data privacy or information security considerations as part of project delivery
