Engaging in all activities related to software development, from collaboratively defining requirements to designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining systems.
Acting as the technical leader for a team of developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices, coordinating the team's activities, and supporting the resolution of complex problems.
Working closely with Product and other areas to discuss and define requirements, adjust scopes, plan deliveries, and align expectations.
Contributing to code and technical design while also dedicating part of your time to team coordination, delivery tracking, and roadmap discussions.

Relevant professional experience with the Java platform, relational databases, and automated testing, using Unix-based systems.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and patterns.
Basic knowledge of distributed systems, cloud computing, and IaaS environments.
Intermediate technical English, sufficient to read documentation and communicate in written form, if necessary.
Fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written) is mandatory for team communication and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with microservices, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, test-driven development, and domain-driven design.
Proficiency with technologies such as Spring Framework, JUnit, Maven, AWS, Docker, and Git.
Basic understanding of JavaScript and Python.
