Responsabilidades
- Provide support to Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content and managing students in school environments
- Assist the Head Teacher in the distribution and collection of materials etc
- Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects by the school
- Keep the classroom previously organized with the materials requested by the Head Teacher
- Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables and bulletin boards around the school
- Adapt activities for students with special educational needs
- Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents
- Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school, paying attention to safety standards and delivery only to the person in charge
- Accompany students at meal times, ensuring that everyone eats well
- Be responsible for managing the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the Head Teacher
- Record student activities through videos and photos and send them to the Head Teacher, within the previously established deadline, without disturbing the dynamics of the room
- Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences and development workshops in order to keep and improve professional competence
- Attend school events open to families
- Follow RED HOUSE general guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers' Handbook,Assessment Policy)
Requisitos
- Attending or graduated in Pedagogy
- Desirable 2 years of classroom experience
- Experience with Early Childhood Education
- Proficiency in English (English level: B2 or higher)
- Bilingualism
- Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education)
- Desirable Knowledge: IB Methodology
- Child Development
- Soft Skills and Values: Digital Thinking Caring Profile Interpersonal Relationships Conflict Management Creativity
