Responsabilidades

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles including developers, engineers, and designers.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
  • Register and manage candidate applications on Workable ATS and other designated documenting systems Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requisitos

  • Advanced English skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as Workable ATS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and organized approach to recruitment.
