Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, design, and architecture of the developer tooling and infrastructure.
• Define domain-level technical strategy and own its delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to identify productivity bottlenecks.
• Architect scalable solutions and set the technical bar for a growing engineering squad.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines at scale to improve software delivery efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and junior engineers.
• Champion quality gate enforcement and change management standards.
• Collaborate with domain engineering teams to deliver tooling solutions that improve the developer experience.

Requisitos

• Familiarity with common design patterns.
• Experience in design and development of large-scale distributed systems.
• Mastery of backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust, or Node.js.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Infrastructure and cloud expertise with hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure management tools.
• Strong system design skills with the ability to define and own the technological strategy.

• Experience leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance developer workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of messaging systems, data streaming, container orchestration, and microservices architecture.
