Responsabilidades
- Architect Scalable Platforms: Design and evolve core investment platforms (Custody, Orders, Offers) to be asset-agnostic and globally extensible.
- Drive Legacy Migration: Lead the construction of complex and innovative platforms to manage an Investments business in a scale unseen in the market.
- Technical Stewardship: Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with Nubank's long-term business goals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Requisitos
- Platform Engineering Expertise: Proven track record of building and maintaining highly abstracted, extensible platforms (technical or business-focused) in a high-growth environment.
- Architecture at Scale: Deep experience designing distributed systems that handle high-concurrency and mission-critical financial flows.
- Resilient Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through periods of ambiguity, organizational change, or complex system migrations.
