Responsabilidades
- Shaping the future of how DoorDash runs experiments, from foundational platform infrastructure to intelligent tools that empower decision-making across the company.
- Designing the most elegant, powerful, and sophisticated set of tools for DoorDash.
- Partnering with research, product, engineering, analytics, and business partners to come up with creative solutions.
- Bringing the same level of design love, rigor, and customer-centricity to internal tools as we have for other DoorDash products.
Requisitos
- 7+ years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant industry.
- Deep technical fluency, enabling productive collaboration with engineers.
- Strong experience with multi-sided marketplaces and internal workflow tools.
- Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and bring clarity through mastery of the design process.
