Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement new features across front-end and back-end systems.
• Analyze legacy systems and assess integration requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Proactively identify and resolve system-wide issues, ensuring performance and scalability.

Requisitos

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Proven background in large-scale projects, development lifecycles, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading teams and guiding architectural decisions.
• Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Strong Entity Framework knowledge (database design & performance optimization).
• Front-end development with Angular, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps/Jira.
