Responsabilidades

  • Manage sports and media sponsorships end-to-end: planning, execution, governance and performance tracking
  • Lead the execution of a Serie A football club sponsorship, coordinating directly with the club, agencies and external partners
  • Design and implement integrated on-ground and digital activation plans, including matchday experiences, branded and owned content, fan engagement initiatives and multi-channel media integrations (TV, digital, social, OOH)
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the brand, clubs, agencies, media partners and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment
  • Maximize the value of sponsorship rights and assets, driving brand exposure, content amplification and media performance
  • Collaborate with media, creative, PR and social media teams to integrate sponsorships into broader brand and communication strategies
  • Track and analyze sponsorship KPIs (reach, exposure, engagement, brand impact and activation performance), translating insights into optimization actions
  • Support sponsorship negotiations, renewals and potential expansion of partnerships
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for local leadership and global HQ

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management or branded content / sports media projects
  • Proven experience working with sports clubs, leagues, federations, media companies
  • Familiarity with sponsorship measurement frameworks, brand KPIs and performance tracking
  • Excellent English, both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Hands-on mindset with strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
