Responsabilidades

  • Analyze the end-to-end conversion funnel and synthesize market research into actionable insights.
  • Prioritize and scope initiatives using data from GA4 and onsite behavior tools.
  • Design user-centered flows and interfaces that improve acquisition performance.
  • Propose, build, and run A/B tests with clear success metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate daily with Growth, Content, and Product to ship impactful website changes

Requisitos

  • Proven experience designing user-centered flows and interfaces for web acquisition, with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical profile and proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), using data to guide decisions.
  • Ability to formulate hypotheses and translate insights into concrete actions and experiments.
  • Clear communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working with CMS, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and GA4 in daily workflow.
