Responsabilidades
- Own design for key product areas from problem definition to shipped outcomes (user flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs)
- Lead discovery efforts including user interviews, workflow mapping, and usability testing, and translate insights into product direction
- Design intuitive experiences for complex, data-heavy systems such as dashboards, configuration tools, and operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to balance user needs, technical constraints, and delivery timelines
- Use user research, usability findings, and analytics tools such as PostHog, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to improve and iterate on designs
- Continuously improve shipped features using user feedback, support insights, and product data
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Requisitos
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or other complex product environments
- Strong portfolio showing real shipped work across complex workflows, dashboards, or data-heavy systems
- Proven strength in UX thinking, not only visual design
- Experience simplifying complex data and workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Engineering
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
- Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas and explaining design decisions clearly
- Self-starter who is comfortable in fast-paced environments
