Senior Software Engineer - São Paulo

Grupo QuintoAndar is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Brazil. This remote-first role offers the flexibility to work from home with optional in-office days in São Paulo.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex software issues, owning the full software development lifecycle, and mentoring engineers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software issues
Design and evolve software architecture and systems
Own the software development lifecycle: definition, development, testing, production and maintenance
Mentor a team of software engineers and participate in code reviews

Requirements: Proven experience with Agile development practices, proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript, strong understanding of database design and evolution, and experience with building RESTful APIs.
