- Assist in executing incubation strategies to identify and nurture high-potential business opportunities.
- Conduct basic market research and data collection to support viability assessments and opportunity evaluations.
- Participate in the incubation process, including assisting with ideation, prototyping, and testing activities.
- Work with team leaders and stakeholders to support resource mobilization and maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Follow assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within the incubation team to ensure progress in daily operations.
- Monitor key metrics, report updates on progress, and maintain documentation for incubation projects.
- Support entrepreneurs or project teams by providing operational assistance and implementing action plans under guidance.
- Communicate challenges, updates, and suggestions to team leaders or supervisors on a regular basis.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business operations, market research, or startup-related work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to effectively execute assigned tasks, adapt in dynamic environments, and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, with openness to learning and applying creative solutions.
- Familiarity with the Brazilian market, local e-commerce trends, and willingness to travel occasionally to visit merchants.
- Fluency or advanced proficiency in English is mandatory
