Senior Manager , OEM & Consumer Sales (Compute)
Responsabilidades
- Lead and execute sales strategies to grow the Snapdragon Compute platform with selected OEMs and consumer partners.
- Manage strategic accounts end-to-end, ensuring optimal product assortment and sales performance.
- Define KPIs with partners and track ROI and productivity of channel investments.
- Develop and implement channel programs with retail partners, including co-marketing and PR campaigns.
- Oversee go-to-market initiatives, train partner managers, and report progress to global cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with major OS players (e.g., Microsoft, Google) on joint marketing efforts with assigned partners.

Requisitos
- Strong knowledge and relationships within Brazil’s PC ecosystem, including OEMs and channel partners.
- Solid experience in consumer sales channels (online, offline, LFR) with deep partner connections.
- Proven track record in business development within high-tech organizations focused on consumer markets.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of direct sales and marketing experience with PC OEMs in Brazil.
- 7+ years in consumer electronics channel sales or channel marketing roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years in sales, marketing, product management, or business development within the compute ecosystem.
- B.Tech/BE or MBA in Sales & Marketing with strong analytical skills.
- Established relationships with OEMs and retail channel leaders in Brazil.
- Experience driving adoption of new technologies and selling emerging products.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
