Responsabilidades

  • Strategic Relationship Management & Revenue Growth
  • Serve as main contact for top publishers, building trust-based relationships and aligning on growth objectives
  • Drive partner collaboration improvements, monetization strategies, and deeper integrations
  • Serve as main contact for top publishers, building trust-based relationships and aligning on growth objectives

Requisitos

  • +5 years of experience in a Publisher Sales role or similar client-facing roles within the media landscape (tech company or SSP experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing publisher relationships, driving sales and identifying new business opportunities
  • Solid background in video advertising and strong knowledge of industry metrics (e.g., VTR, Viewability, CTR, Engagement, CPM, CPCV)
  • Strong network of contacts within the Brazilian publishing and media ecosystem
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple publisher accounts effectively
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
