The Risk Analyst within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) is a cross-functional role responsible for supporting both Risk Event Monitoring & Incident Response (REMIR) and Executive Protection (EP) operations.

Responsabilidades
- Monitor real-time events that may impact operations, employees, or executives, ensuring rapid assessment and escalation when needed.
- Draft and issue alerts, notifications, and situational reports (SARs) through established communication channels such as Everbridge.
- Coordinate with Facilities, Safety, and external emergency services during incidents to ensure an efficient and cohesive response.
- Collect and analyze critical information from multiple sources, filtering noise and ensuring the accuracy of reports shared with GSOC leadership.
- Participate in crisis management activities, assisting in post-incident reporting and After-Action Reviews (AARs).
- Support the planning, monitoring, and execution of executive missions, events, and daily movements.
- Track flight schedules, itineraries, and routes in real time, identifying potential delays, disruptions, or security risks.
- Use open-source intelligence (OSINT) to identify potential threats or disruptions affecting executive travel or activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and the Executive Protection team to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide real-time situational updates and ensure continuous communication between the GSOC and EP teams during missions.
- Maintain control and documentation of all EP-related activities, including briefings, logistics records, and post-mission summaries.
- Act as a communication bridge between REMIR, Executive Protection, and other Corporate Security verticals.
- Collaborate with the Strategic and Tactical Intelligence teams to ensure that executive missions and crisis responses are supported by contextual intelligence.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs, playbooks, and communication protocols across both REMIR and EP areas.
- Support the Documentation and QA Lead in maintaining process consistency and capturing lessons learned.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish is highly desirable.
- Experience in security operations, crisis management, or executive protection support.
- Familiarity with incident response tools (e.g., Everbridge), CCTV platforms, and access control systems.
- Knowledge of OSINT methodologies and ability to assess open-source data for risk identification.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills in high-pressure environments.
- Proven attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Diferenciais
- Experience in corporate GSOCs or similar 24/7 operational environments.
- Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and executive security best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions during time-critical events
