Responsabilidades

  • Influence Online Marketing acquisition strategy, guiding investment levels, budget allocation, and hardware pricing.
  • Manage detailed reporting for the Online Marketing funnel, acquisition volumes, CPA, payback, and investment tracking.
  • Own overall acquisition reporting across channels (new merchants, TPV).
  • Build analytical models to optimize our hardware pricing strategy and unlock new growth paths.
  • Evaluate experiments and campaigns, translating insights into concrete recommendations and actions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain automations to streamline operational processes.
  • Drive process improvements and lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across CRM, Operations, and Sales Enablement.

Requisitos

  • previous experience as a business, financial, or revenue analyst, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or online marketing.
  • strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools is essential.
  • understand corporate finance and pricing principles, with the ability to connect data insights to commercial strategy.
  • confident managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing growth with efficiency.
