Responsabilidades

  • Work with external test labs (GLI, BMM, etc.) and internal teams to secure all regulatory approvals on schedule for launches in the Middle East, EU, and other regulated markets.
  • Act as the single point of contact between development teams and external certifi cation labs (e.g., GLI, BMM, Quinel, iTech Labs).
  • Build and maintain detailed certifi cation schedules, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with developers, QA, and release teams to deliver builds, technical documentation, and required fi xes to labs.
  • Track lab feedback, defect lists, and retest cycles; ensure timely resolutions and transparent progress reporting.
  • Identify potential timing or compliance risks early; propose mitigation plans and issue concise status updates.
  • Stay updated on jurisdiction-specifi c standards (GLI-11/19/33, RTP, RNG, responsible gaming, information security).
  • Maintain organized records of all lab correspondence, evidence, and fi nal certifi cates for audits.
  • Develop strong relationships with lab contacts to ensure realistic timelines and priority testing slots.
  • Support internal and client audits by providing certifi cation evidence and explanations as needed.
  • Lead post-mortem reviews to reduce future certifi cation lead times and enhance process efficiency.

Requisitos

  • Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fi eld – or equivalent industry experience.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); Thai or Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel between Dubai, Bangkok, and lab locations based on project needs.
  • Experience managing game or platform certifi cations with GLI, BMM, or comparable labs.
  • Proven track record of on-time certifi cation delivery for regulated markets (e.g., GCC, EU).
  • Strong knowledge of gaming compliance and technical standards; familiarity with ISO 27001 and AML/CFT controls is a plus.
  • Solid project management skills (Agile or hybrid), with hands-on experience using JIRA, Confl uence, or similar tools.
