Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional demand generation and field marketing strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive brand awareness and generate pipeline
- Manage hiring and oversee a full-time marketing contractor and agency support
- Partner with International Marketing Team to connect marketing initiatives to business vision
- Track and measure marketing programs and budget
Requisitos
- 8+ years of B2B Marketing leadership experience in Latin America
- Experience building full funnel Demand Gen strategies
- Understanding of digital marketing mix and optimization of programmatic campaigns
- Data-driven and creative mindset
- Vendor or contractor management experience
Diferenciais
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Experience with PLG/Saas
- Experience using Figma
- Experience building B2B Marketing in countries such as Argentina, Chile or Colombia
