We are now opening a position in our Execution team, where the focus is on transforming ideas into action. This team ensures our strategies are implemented with excellence, managing projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, and bringing campaigns and engagement plans to life. YOUR IMPACT
- Deploy Wellhub\'s global WE strategy and best practices in the BR market, assuring its correct execution.
- Lead the Implementation team to develop a tool box of initiative to support our clients requests, adjusting processes and ensuring a flawless execution.
- Responsible for defining and executing our Year Events Calendar, ongoing events and cross clients initiatives.
- Responsible for defining the on-site strategy, improving cost efficiency, process, productivity, inventory control and logistics.
- Responsible for defining our virtual engagement initiatives, improving the webinar experience, its process and scalability.
- Work in partnership with the planners to identify opportunities and propose solutions to address clients\' needs.
- Responsible for the budget control and payment process.

- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data knowledge and analytical skills

- Experience working with promotional marketing agencies and field promoters
- Team and people management experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
- Advanced English
