Responsabilidades
- As Recruiter you are responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, source and hire top talent.
- The role works closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company's needs, create job adverts and develop effective recruitment campaigns that meet agreed company SLA's.
- The role also ensures that the recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective and aligned with the Ten's goals, values and standards.
- It also ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Requisitos
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
- Strong experience with candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary/project-based role
- Advanced or fluent English
