Responsabilidades

  • As Recruiter you are responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, source and hire top talent.
  • The role works closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company's needs, create job adverts and develop effective recruitment campaigns that meet agreed company SLA's.
  • The role also ensures that the recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective and aligned with the Ten's goals, values and standards.
  • It also ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requisitos

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
  • Strong experience with candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary/project-based role
  • Advanced or fluent English
