In this strategic sales role, you’ll engage with senior government decision-makers to co-create solutions that address public sector challenges. You’ll drive consultative sales motions, build pipeline through repeatable industry scenarios, and align Microsoft’s technologies with Brazil’s public sector priorities.

What You’ll Do:

Lead strategic engagements with government executives across Public Safety & Justice, Public Finance, Social Services and Government Operations.
Translate industry insights into actionable sales strategies and partner-led solutions.
Collaborate with account teams, partners, and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) to accelerate pipeline creation and opportunity development.
Act as a trusted advisor, shaping digital transformation narratives and influencing policy-level decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Proven experience in Brazil’s public sector, with a strong network across government agencies.
Expertise in consultative selling, account planning, and sales strategy.
Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems.
Familiarity with Microsoft solution areas (Azure, Business Apps, Modern Work, Security) and how they apply to public sector use cases.
