Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing and industrialization projects
- Ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities
- Manage project scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risks
- Coordinate stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics
- Drive performance, risk mitigation, and decision-making
- Lead high-performing teams in a matrix environment
- Manage budgets and resources
- Support smooth transition to serial production
- Communicate project status and key decisions
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- MBA or postgraduate studies in Project Management is a plus
- Solid experience leading complex projects
- Experience in manufacturing, industrialization, or automotive is a plus
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and governance
- Familiarity with predictive, hybrid, and/or agile methodologies
- PMP®, PgMP®, or similar certification is desirable
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Volvo products and processes knowledge is a plus
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented
