We are seeking a Product Owner/Scrum Master to take ownership of client projects, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
In this role, you will capture and document requirements, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of eCommerce solutions.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical execution, while serving as a subject matter expert on platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify.

Responsabilidades
- Capture, document, and manage requirements for eCommerce implementations to align with client business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between development and business teams, translating technical requirements into accessible information for non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa).
- Lead workshops and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Serve as the main client contact for project delivery—leading meetings, fielding questions, and managing expectations.
- Develop documentation, diagrams, and other materials to communicate requirements to technical teams.
- Support clients by creating training materials, SOP guides, and other resources.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of eCommerce solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platform capabilities, supporting troubleshooting and providing solution recommendations.
- Stay current on emerging eCommerce technologies and assess their potential application to client projects.
- Provide thought leadership in eCommerce with deep expertise in SFCC and/or Shopify platforms.
Requisitos
- 5–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within the eCommerce industry, ideally with large enterprise brands.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level projects, specifically using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Shopify.
- Deep understanding and application of Agile software development processes.
- Skilled at facilitating collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams.
- Strong ability to prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
