Responsabilidades

• Teach classes and guide children's learning, promoting learning experiences based on RED HOUSE's pedagogical plan and the special needs of every student; Know the school's Pedagogical Proposal, the approach adopted and the learning expectations of that specific grade; Analyze the student's evolution in the learning process, collecting evidence and paying attention to individual needs, defining actions to improve performance; Develop, together with the coordination, strategies that promote the improvement and engagement of students, based on observation and evidence collection; Promote classes and differentiation strategies for students with learning difficulties; Supervise the work of the Teaching Assistant (TA) in adapting activities for students with special educational needs; Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents.

Requisitos

• Education: Degree in Pedagogy; Experience: Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience; 2 years of experience as a primary school teacher (students aged 6 to 11 years), desirable; Classroom management; Languages: Proficiency in English; Specific Technical Knowledge: Bilingualism; Desirable Knowledge: IB Methodology; Child Development; Soft Skills and Values: Digital Thinking; Caring Profile; Interpersonal Relationships; Conflict Management; Creativity
