Responsabilidades
- Maintain live and active direct communication with the customer throughout the sales and early implementation phases.
- This includes facilitating direct visits, live chats, and video calls for consultation, ensuring a continuous and responsive flow of information.
- Work with various Teltonika Telematics-manufactured GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, and 1-Wire.
- Propose different ways on how to incorporate our devices for various use cases.
- Guide and help new customers to integrate Teltonika Telematics solutions.
- Go on business trips to visit clients and help them directly implement Teltonika devices into their business use cases (one business trip per quarter is expected).
- Organize training sessions and presentations (for a specific client).
- Cooperate with the sales team, providing consultation on processes and solutions, and contribute to strategic customer integration and new project alignment.
- Collect and share technical information, record issues observed during visits, and collaborate with the technical engineering team.
Requisitos
- Exceptional Communication Skills (written and verbal): to maintain professionalism and clarity with clients.
- A proven ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
- A customer-focused mindset with empathy and responsiveness.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
- Possess solid basic technical knowledge with a practical ability to support product configuration and integration during proof-of-concept phases.
- Ability to quickly understand customer business contexts and use cases (e.g., how telematics impacts logistics costs or car-sharing profitability).
