Responsabilidades

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Hold one-on-one career development conversations and monthly mentorship sessions, assessing development and performance needs of team members and ensuring the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs); Time and Project Management: Assign and monitor daily operational and ongoing tasks, serving as the go-to reference for prioritization and escalation of complex issues; Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain overall responsibility for QA of the team's media executions, including reviewing budgets, pacing, targeting, and segmentation, among others; Campaign Strategy and Architecture: Architect campaigns according to market best practices and client needs, defining the setup logic for in-scope and adjacent platforms; Client Management and Relationships: Ensure client success and SLA compliance, acting as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) on a day-to-day basis to build trust and rapport; Business Growth: Flag opportunities for incremental services and co-lead conversations, using the client's business knowledge to inform strategy; Actively participate in meetings with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring expectations and needs are understood and addressed; Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and p

Requisitos

  • Advanced or Fluent English: Essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders; Expertise in Digital Performance Media: Strong experience in creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across various digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Programmatic; People Management and Development: Proven track record in leading, managing teams, and developing talent, with a focus on individual growth plans; Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and manage complex scenarios effectively; Commitment to Deadlines and Results: Capability to juggle multiple demands and deliver results within established timelines, with a high level of accountability.

Somos Monks' International Media Hub, the area responsible for handling international digital marketing projects in collaboration with other agencies in the S4 group. The Media Hub Operations area is the pillar that ensures excellence in activating digital channels (tagging, trafficking, buying, etc.) and governance in platform usage to achieve media and business goals.
