Responsabilidades

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Hold one-on-one career development conversations and monthly mentorship sessions, assessing development and performance needs of team members and ensuring the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Time and Project Management: Assign and monitor daily operational and ongoing tasks, serving as the go-to reference for prioritization and escalation of complex issues
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain overall responsibility for QA of the team's media executions, including reviewing budgets, pacing, targeting, and segmentation, among others
  • Campaign Strategy and Architecture: Architect campaigns according to market best practices and client needs, defining the setup logic for in-scope and adjacent platforms
  • Client Management and Relationships: Ensure client success and SLA compliance, acting as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) on a day-to-day basis to build trust and rapport
  • Business Growth: Flag opportunities for incremental services and co-lead conversations, using the client's business knowledge to inform strategy

Requisitos

  • Advanced or Fluent English: Essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders
  • Expertise in Digital Performance Media: Strong experience in creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across various digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Programmatic
  • People Management and Development: Proven track record in leading, managing teams, and developing talent, with a focus on individual growth plans
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and manage complex scenarios effectively
  • Commitment to Deadlines and Results: Capability to juggle multiple demands and deliver results within established timelines, with a high level of accountability
