Responsabilidades
- Architect, build, and maintain the end-to-end People data platform in Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and semantic layers
- Design scalable data pipelines that integrate Workday and connected People tools (e.g., ATS, performance, engagement, learning, case management)
- Own ongoing platform reliability, performance optimization, and cost-efficient data operations
- Develop and maintain canonical People data models (employee lifecycle, headcount, attrition, mobility, compensation, DEI, compliance)
- Establish data quality checks, monitoring, and issue-resolution processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Partner with HRIS, Legal, Security, and IT to uphold data governance, access controls, and privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2)
- Enable self-service analytics through curated datasets and Power BI semantic models built on Fabric
- Support executive-level reporting and recurring operating metrics (headcount, hiring, attrition, org health, workforce planning)
- Act as the People data technical expert for People Operations, HRBPs, Total Rewards, and Talent teams
- Collaborate with Finance Analytics and Enterprise Data teams to align People data with company-wide metrics and standards
- Influence roadmap decisions for People Analytics by anticipating future needs and platform evolution
Requisitos
- 5+ years of experience in analytics
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and semantic layers in Microsoft Fabric
- Strong understanding of data governance, access controls, and privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2)
- Proficiency in designing scalable data pipelines and integrating various data sources
- Ability to develop and maintain canonical data models and data quality checks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
