Responsabilidades
- Support Head Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and the Pedagogical Coordinator in daily school activities.
- Hands-on experience in classroom management, student support, and school projects.
- Support teachers in the classroom by helping convey instructions to students and assisting in their learning process.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for classroom activities and projects.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects.
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment, including decorating walls, bulletin boards, and shared spaces.
- Supervise and accompany students in different moments of the school day, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
- Assist in students' arrival and dismissal, following Red House's safety standards.
- Collaborate with teachers in managing the class when teaching assistants are unavailable.
- Capture moments of student learning (photos and videos) to share with teachers, respecting deadlines and classroom flow.
- Attend academic meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your professional development.
- Follow Red House's educational guidelines and policies.
- Assist with children's personal care when necessary (hygiene routines, meals, organization).
- Observe students' behavior and wellbeing, reporting relevant information to the teaching team.
