Responsabilidades

  • Support Head Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and the Pedagogical Coordinator in daily school activities.
  • Hands-on experience in classroom management, student support, and school projects.
  • Support teachers in the classroom by helping convey instructions to students and assisting in their learning process.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for classroom activities and projects.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects.
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment, including decorating walls, bulletin boards, and shared spaces.
  • Supervise and accompany students in different moments of the school day, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
  • Assist in students' arrival and dismissal, following Red House's safety standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers in managing the class when teaching assistants are unavailable.
  • Capture moments of student learning (photos and videos) to share with teachers, respecting deadlines and classroom flow.
  • Attend academic meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your professional development.
  • Follow Red House's educational guidelines and policies.
  • Assist with children's personal care when necessary (hygiene routines, meals, organization).
  • Observe students' behavior and wellbeing, reporting relevant information to the teaching team.

Requisitos

  • Education: Attending Pedagogy or Psychology
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (English level: B1 or higher)
