Responsabilidades

  • Build and execute an outbound strategy to prospect new partners (marketing agencies, system integrators, and software resellers).
  • Define Ideal Partner Profiles (IPP) by segment, market, and maturity level.
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential partners across Brazil and LATAM.
  • Run discovery calls, pitch Wati's value proposition, and present our Partner Program.
  • Develop strong relationships with the marketing and technology ecosystem in the region.
  • Represent Wati in conversations with agencies, integrators, and SaaS partners.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact during the partner evaluation and onboarding process.
  • Support partners with technical and commercial knowledge of Wati's SaaS platform.
  • Enable partners to confidently present Wati to their own customer base.
  • Own the full partner journey: Targeting and prospecting Commercial development and onboarding Initial enablement and activation Early co-selling or referral motions
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Share partner feedback, market insights, and ecosystem learnings internally.
  • Contribute to improving Wati's Partner Program, playbooks, and acquisition strategy.

Requisitos

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or similar roles (SaaS preferred).
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (agencies, integrators, resellers).
  • Ability to explain technical SaaS products in a clear and commercial way.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish (English required for internal communication).
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.

Diferenciais

  • Experience building or scaling SaaS partner programs.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, messaging platforms, or automation tools.
  • Experience working with Brazil and/or LATAM markets.
  • Background in agencies, system integrators, or software vendors.
