Responsabilidades
- Assist the sales team with media kit preparation, proposal drafting, and CRM management.
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of retail media campaigns, ensuring all assets and data points are aligned.
- Handle billing processes, track accounts receivable/payable, and maintain organized financial records.
- Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track KPIs, sales performance, and campaign delivery.
- Liaise with international partners or clients in English/Spanish to resolve operational or financial queries.
Requisitos
- Full professional proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas are a must).
- Ability to translate numbers into actionable insights and spot discrepancies in financial reports.
- Proactivity, "problem-solver" attitude, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing quality.
- Previous experience in Advertising Agencies, Retail, or Fintech/Admin roles is highly valued.
