Responsabilidades
- Fazer medições da serra fita, conforme ordem de produção, observando largura, espessura e tamanho;
- Solder manually the circumference of the band saw;
- Remove excess solder from the saw joints using a grinder, whetstone, emery and cutting disc;
- Finish the band saw, placing a profile if necessary;
- Perform flexion and torsion tests of the welds;
- Perform analysis of the saws for repair, observing conditions of use, causes of return and prevention of the problem;
- Verify the quality of the saws;
- Ensure product quality.
Requisitos
- High school complete;
- Previous experience in production line;
- Courses in LID and Metrology will be a plus.
