Responsabilidades
- You will be responsible for class teaching, content preparation and student management in school environments following RED HOUSE's pedagogical plan
- Deliver and support engaging learning experiences aligned with RED HOUSE's pedagogical approach and curriculum expectations
- Demonstrate understanding of the school's educational philosophy, curriculum framework, and learning expectations for the Middle Years segment
- Monitor and support students' academic progress, collecting evidence of learning and identifying opportunities to enhance student performance
- Collaborate with academic coordination and colleagues to develop strategies that promote student engagement and learning outcomes
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of differentiated learning experiences that support diverse learning needs
- Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Observe students' academic development, attitudes, and behaviors, communicating relevant information to the coordination when necessary
- Contribute to the preparation and organization of learning materials, projects, and classroom activities
- Assess and provide feedback on student learning based on evidence and established assessment practices
- Maintain accurate and organized student records and documentation, in accordance with school policies and regulations
