Responsabilidades
- Own Meta's End-to-End Performance
- Continuously monitor platform performance, audience behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy and sustain long-term growth.
- Define & Execute Instagram + WhatsApp Strategy
- Lead Creator & Influencer Programs on Instagram
- Activate Organic + Paid Synergies Across Meta
- Build High-Impact Community Engagement
- Establish Platform-Native Creative Standards
- Partner Closely with Meta Platform Experts
- Translate Platform Insights Into Brand Growth
- Stay Ahead of Platform & Cultural Shifts
Requisitos
- Relevant years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with deep expertise in Instagram and other Meta platforms.
- Fluent English to work with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with creators and influencers, building partnerships that drive measurable reach, credibility, and growth.
- Understanding how organic and paid social strategies work together, and know how to unlock insights that improve overall marketing performance.
- Highly analytical and fluent in platform metrics (spreadsheets, dashboards, BI, and AI tools/knowledge) experimentation, and performance optimization.
- Stay close to cultural trends and evolving platform behaviors, constantly experimenting with formats, storytelling styles, and engagement tactics.
