Responsabilidades

  • Own Meta's End-to-End Performance
  • Continuously monitor platform performance, audience behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy and sustain long-term growth.
  • Define & Execute Instagram + WhatsApp Strategy
  • Lead Creator & Influencer Programs on Instagram
  • Activate Organic + Paid Synergies Across Meta
  • Build High-Impact Community Engagement
  • Establish Platform-Native Creative Standards
  • Partner Closely with Meta Platform Experts
  • Translate Platform Insights Into Brand Growth
  • Stay Ahead of Platform & Cultural Shifts

Requisitos

  • Relevant years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with deep expertise in Instagram and other Meta platforms.
  • Fluent English to work with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with creators and influencers, building partnerships that drive measurable reach, credibility, and growth.
  • Understanding how organic and paid social strategies work together, and know how to unlock insights that improve overall marketing performance.
  • Highly analytical and fluent in platform metrics (spreadsheets, dashboards, BI, and AI tools/knowledge) experimentation, and performance optimization.
  • Stay close to cultural trends and evolving platform behaviors, constantly experimenting with formats, storytelling styles, and engagement tactics.
