We are looking for an aspirated Marketing Manager to join our Brazilian Marketing team.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency across all external communication.
  • Oversee creative development from concept to final assets (video, display, OOH, radio, social).
  • Manage ATL media planning & buying, working closely with media agencies and broadcasters.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all media and sponsorship assets according to contracts and campaign timelines.
  • Oversee PR & Communications, including press opportunities, influencer relations, and reputation management.
  • Coordinate 360° integrated campaigns with CRM, Product Marketing, and Performance teams.
  • Manage brand activations and visibility across sports sponsorships and local events.
  • Track brand KPIs (GRP, reach, SOV, awareness, engagement, traffic uplift).
  • Own budget allocation and media efficiency, ensuring ROI across ATL, creative, and sponsorship investments.
  • Guarantee adherence to advertising regulations and responsible gaming requirements.
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics on brand tracking and post-campaign effectiveness reports.

Requisitos

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Media Planning, or Brand Management within advertising, entertainment, sports, or tech/app-based industries.
  • Proven experience managing ATL media campaigns — TV, OOH, radio and content marketing
  • Solid background in media planning and buying, including working directly with media agencies and large broadcasters.
  • Experience leading annual media planning cycles, defining reach/frequency goals, and optimizing channel mix for efficiency and impact.
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows — briefing, approvals, and managing agencies or internal design teams.
  • Familiar with PR, influencer marketing, and communications strategies to support campaign visibility.
  • Experience with sponsorship activation and delivery management, ensuring contractual and branding requirements are met.
  • Previous exposure to data-driven campaign evaluation and post-campaign media reporting (e.g., GRP, SOV, ROI, brand lift).
  • Fluency in English is required (essential for day-to-day written and verbal communication).
