Responsabilidades
- negociating, planning, executing, and optimizing Loyalty systems-related initiatives
- working closely with the Marketing and Data teams to ensure engaging products, missions and interactions available to boost the loyalty program impact on player retention
- participating on negotiation deals regarding Loyalty products
- keeping track of product inventories and currency float, adjusting product pricing and availability accordingly
- analyzing customer data, market trends and SKU performance metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- planning, coordinating, and executing CRM campaigns across various channels
- developing Loyalty CRM roadmaps including market opportunities, new/finishing product available, promotions and other relevant activities
- partnering with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content for CRM and outbound campaigns
- developing and managing personalized customer journeys tailored to the Loyalty user
- conducting A/B testing on campaign elements
- regularly reviewing and analyzing CRM activities, generating regular reports and making actionable recommendations
Requisitos
- prior experience in CRM campaign management for a Loyalty system
- strong data analysis skills
- ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas for CRM campaigns
- familiarity with CRM tools and platforms
- collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- strong organizational and time management skills
