Responsabilidades
- Own LinkedIn's End-to-End Performance
- Continuously monitor channel performance, competitor activity, and algorithm shifts to adapt strategy and protect long-term growth.
- Define & Execute LinkedIn's Organic + Paid Strategy
- Design integrated organic–paid programs that amplify high-performing content, accelerate audience growth, and maximize campaign impact.
- Lead Executive Thought Leadership on LinkedIn
- Partner with senior leaders to build authentic voices, guide content development, and help them grow influential platforms that strengthen Wellhub's credibility in the HR and wellness industries.
- Hold leaders accountable for consistency, engagement, and impact.
- Build Wellhub's LinkedIn Influencer & Ambassador Ecosystem
- Identify credible voices across HR, leadership, and workplace wellbeing who can expand Wellhub's reach, strengthen authority, and support demand generation initiatives.
- Activate the Employee Voice
- Continuously improve participation, content quality, and measurable business impact through employee-driven distribution.
- Lead LinkedIn Community Engagement
- Ensure consistent, thoughtful participation in conversations with prospects, customers, partners, and industry leaders to build credibility and strengthen relationships.
- Partner Closely with LinkedIn Platform Experts
- Leverage insights, beta opportunities, and best practices to continuously improve performance and stay ahead of platform changes.
- Bring the Voice of the Market into the Channel
- Translate insights from events, customer interactions, and market trends into timely LinkedIn narratives that resonate with decision-makers.
Requisitos
- Relevant years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with deep expertise in B2B social and LinkedIn.
- Fluent English to work with global teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with executives and thought leaders, helping them develop compelling voices and consistent platforms.
- Highly analytical and fluent in platform metrics (spreadsheets, dashboards, BI, and AI tools/knowledge) experimentation, and performance optimization.
- Naturally curious about algorithms, trends, and emerging formats, and constantly test new approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
