Responsabilidades
- Track procedural progress across court cases and administrative proceedings
- Support legal analysis by reviewing pleadings and helping shape practical legal strategies
- Draft, review, and analyze agreements and contractual documentation
- Build and maintain reliable tracking systems for legal documents and contracts
- Audit legal processes and payment flows to strengthen accuracy and compliance
- Monitor legislative changes, case law, and market developments
- Deliver concise monthly reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and implications
- Assist with complex client inquiries requiring legal interpretation
- Resolve questions and complaints with a balance of legal precision and customer empathy
Requisitos
- Law degree in progress or recently completed
- Strong English skills enabling daily collaboration with international stakeholders
- A structured mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Proactivity - you don't wait to be told what to do
- Curiosity and adaptability when facing new challenges
- Confidence working across teams and communicating with diverse audiences
- Availability to start your work early morning (from 7:00 - 8:00 AM BR time) and office presence twice a week
