Drive the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions to support organizational goals. Collaborates with stakeholders, manages learning initiatives, and contributes to continuous improvement of L&D practices
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end learning process.
- Conduct business and learning needs analyses, aligning with strategy and stakeholders.
- Oversee learning design and resource allocation.
- Manage content curation and development.
- Oversee learning delivery, communications, and change management.
- Propose and oversee roadmap enhancements and new learning solutions, defining their scope.
- Lead and manage a team of L&D specialists.
Requisitos e qualificações
Strategic and System Thinking Able to effectively manage several simultaneous projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical capability with the ability to meet deadlines, including data analysis and reporting. Learning Agility: ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge. Strong Project Management skills, including agile methodologies and prioritization.
