Responsabilidades
- Support HR administration, including preparation of contracts, addenda, and off-boarding documentation
- Manage data entry and updates in Workday, ensuring accurate employee records for payroll and compliance
- Coordinate with new joiners to collect required personal data and documents
- Track onboarding processes and collaborate with IT and Field Sales trainers to ensure smooth starts for new hires
- Maintain and update internal Notion and HR pages related to policies and procedures
- Gain exposure to international HR practices across Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, and the UK
Requisitos
- Have a recent degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Administration, or a related field (graduated within the past 3 years)
- You're fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken
- You hold a valid work permit for Spain for at least 12 months
- You're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and Excel
