Office-first setup
Responsabilidades
- Activate newly acquired merchants through outbound calls and video calls, ensuring correct setup and first successful transactions.
- Guide merchants through onboarding and early usage, answering questions and removing blockers.
- Identify early growth opportunities during activation conversations (e.g. Business Account, additional products, ecosystem tools).
- Follow up proactively to ensure activation completion and product adoption.
- Operate consistently toward clear activation and growth targets, with commission as a key part of compensation.
Requisitos
- Previous experience in onboarding, customer support, SDR or roles with strong outbound exposure.
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calls.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Advance level of English and French.
