International Payroll Intern

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the collection and verification of payroll data from various sources, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Support the monthly payroll processing cycle for employees in international locations.
• Help maintain and update employee records in the payroll.
• Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and documentation for internal review.
• Learn and support the process of calculating payroll and reconciling international payroll taxes, social security contributions, and other deductions.
• Participate in special projects related to payroll system improvements or data audits.
• Assist in responding to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Research and stay informed on international payroll regulations and compliance requirements under the guidance of the team.
• Perform administrative duties as needed to support the payroll department.

Requisitos

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong interest in payroll, finance, or human resources. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience with payroll or HRIS software (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) is a plus, but not required. Fluency in English is required.
