Responsabilidades
- Support our growing independent retail business
- Assist in managing all Faire.com operations across our portfolio
- Work closely with the Independent Retailer Account Manager
- Keep our storefronts running smoothly
- Optimize listings
- Manage day-to-day retailer communication
- Help turn opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Assist with product setup, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns on Faire.com
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data across Faire storefronts
- Support in optimizing listings, images, and product details
- Monitor and respond to basic retailer inquiries
- Track orders and coordinate with internal teams
- Help troubleshoot platform-related issues
- Research potential boutique and specialty retail partners
- Support outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social media
- Assist in preparing wholesale pitch decks, product bundles, or collection presentations
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Provide administrative support for wholesale contracts and order processing
Requisitos
- 2–5 years of experience in account coordination, B2B sales support, marketplace operations, or ecommerce
- Familiarity with independent retail or wholesale platforms
- Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for consumer brands, retail, and building
